Food. It gives us substance. It also brings us together. I relate food to moments and memories that we make with the loved ones; it brings the people together. I love the ritual of families gathering around the table for a meal and sharing with one another.
Today… I am grateful that I have a great relationship with food. I am free of any eating disorders and can make healthy and delicious food choices everyday. I am grateful that I have never had to go without food for more than a day and have the resources to buy/cook good nutritious meals for myself, family and friends.
